1. Provides on-the-job certification objectivity and quality control.
2. Completes all relevant documentation as Mentee performs assigned task(s)-but must immediately stop any evaluation as soon as any task action could cause risk to self, others, and/or equipment.
3. Questions Mentee's performance motives for task steps; records the Mentee's answers on Task Evaluation Sheet and evaluates the responses.
4. Ensures all specific tasks are signed and dated by Mentors(s) before signing off the Job Tasks Standards (JTS) certification tasks.
3. Reports task evaluation result to training tracking system coordinator.
متطلبات الوظيفة
· A minimum of 15 years’ experience in the technical area of the Refining, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas industries with a bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 20 years' experience without a bachelor's degree.
. A bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or another equivalent technical degree
· Experience and knowledge in handling and operating plant start-up and shutdown procedures.
· Certified industrial job tasks evaluator.
. Excellent communication skills.
