Growth Ops Associate

We are eagerly looking for a proactive "Growth Ops Associate" who will play a vital role in scaling our Freelancers Program in Nawy Partners by driving freelancer acquisition, managing accounts and ensuring high engagement and retention. This role involves a mix of outreach, onboarding support, account management and performing tracking to help freelancers succeed on our platform. We are looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and make big things happen 🚀


Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategies to increase the freelancer base (outreach campaigns, referrals, partnerships)
2. Guide new freelancers through the onboarding process (product setup, training, best practices)
3. Track and improve onboarding completion rates to reduce drop-offs.
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for freelancers, addressing questions via email, chat, or calls to drive engagement and resolve issues.
5. Monitor freelancer activity metrics (logins, deals closed, engagement)
6. Provide insights to leadership on freelancer growth trends & bottlenecks

متطلبات الوظيفة

1. 1-3 years in growth operations , sales operations, account management or community management.
2. Data driven mindset with ability to track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, churn, engagement)
3. Problem solving skills & ability to troubleshoot freelancer issues quickly.
4. Strong communication skills (calls, mails, presentations)
