Job Objective:
The major responsibility of the position is to implement secure identity and access management (IAM) systems that meet the company's security, scalability, and compliance requirements.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure identity management solutions, including authentication, authorization, and identity federation systems, for client-facing services and products.
• Act as the technical point of contact for client identity projects, ensuring successful implementation, integration, and support of identity management services.
• Identify areas of improvement in IAM solutions and contribute to leading the adoption of emerging technologies and innovations that enhance system performance.
• Act as a senior-level point of escalation for complex identity management issues, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Maintain thorough documentation of identity management systems, processes, and configurations, ensuring knowledge is accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to all security policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and compliance in every aspect of the role
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers, offering mentorship and guidance to ensure they are aligned with best practices in identity management.
• Contribute to the hiring and onboarding of new talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills to deliver top-tier identity management solutions
• Provide functional and technical guidance within the team on identity management trends and best practices.
• Bachelor of Engineering, Computer Science, or any relevant field
