The Assistant Manager - Policy and Process is a vital role within the Qiddiya Investment Company, tasked with the development, implementation, and management of policies and processes that align with the organization's strategic objectives. As part of a pivotal megaproject under Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the role involves fostering a culture of compliance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring that best practices are integrated across all departmental functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and standardization of organizational policies and procedures to ensure alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess existing processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiencies.
- Support the implementation of compliance measures and governance frameworks to monitor adherence to established policies.
