Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Manager - Onboarding (Saudi National), where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the initial experiences of our newly recruited talent. This position involves leading the onboarding strategy and its execution, ensuring that each new employee feels welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute to our vibrant community.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive onboarding programs aligned with Qiddiya’s strategic goals and cultural values.
  • Create an engaging orientation experience that instills confidence and excitement in new hires.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to design tailored onboarding plans specific to the needs of different teams.
  • Evaluate the onboarding experience through surveys and feedback, making data-driven adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops that promote company values and enhance employee engagement from day one.
  • Coordinate with HR to ensure all pre-employment requirements are met prior to new hires' start dates.
  • Serve as a mentor and advocate for new employees, guiding them through their initial days and addressing any concerns.
  • Create, update, and distribute onboarding materials, ensuring they are user-friendly and up to date.
  • Act as a key liaison between new hires and various departments to promote an integrated onboarding experience.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of relevant experience in onboarding or human resources.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing employee engagement and onboarding programs.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in project management and organizational planning.
  • High capacity to form relationships and collaborate across teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
  • Saudi National preferred to support our commitment to local talent development.
