OSP Quality Manager

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking an experienced OSP Quality Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes within our Outside Plant (OSP) projects. The OSP Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet the highest quality standards and comply with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of quality management principles applicable to OSP installations.

Position Summary/Objective:

The role of a OSP Quality Manager is to ensure the balanced utilization of all Field Technicians. Conduct random visit at sites to check on quality of work, presentability and cleanliness of company vehicles, Technicians' uniform and proper grooming. Conduct periodic meeting to discuss various operations issues with the aim of improving productivity and quality of cable work. Attend to concerns of subordinates, which may include work-related and personal issues that may affect the performance of subordinates and the team as a whole.

Duties/Core Responsibilities:

• Manage and utilize all Field Technicians and follow up their progress.
• Managing the quality team of supervisors and contractors.
• Following up with the client, providing the client and project requirements for everything related to the assigned project.
• Follow-up productivity status from Controllers.
• Follow-up for load of Field Technicians from Controller.
• Follow up and guide the team and contractors to implement the project standards in quality
• and safety.
• Working on client quality applications and reports.
• Quality Performance Indicator Follow-up KPI.
• Site visits during survey and implementation.
• Covering quality meetings and interviewing quality stakeholders at the client.
• Submit accident reports.
• Communicate project status to Managers on weekly basis.
• Complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines.
• Develop engineering specifications and follow engineering standards for assigned projects.
• Perform route analysis and develop aerial and underground fiber route maps.
• Handle fiber verification and mapping activities.
• Maintain records of fiber splicing and topography.
• Develop mitigation and restoration procedures for emergencies conditions such as fiber
• damages, power failures and other disasters.
• Use CAD and other software to develop engineering designs.
• Provide job trainings to staffs to achieve project goals.
• Perform routine inspection of OSP networks.
• Get state and local permits as required to execute OSP projects.
• Check the digging sites before and after the assigned completion / make sure the job municipality Tt closed on time.
• Perform any related tasks which is assigned by the direct manager.
