Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Source high-caliber candidates through innovative channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, in-person meets and events and professional networks.
  • Develop and execute targeted headhunting strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market trends, and compensation benchmarks.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough screening and competency-based interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Guide candidates through offer negotiations and the onboarding process.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market intelligence and talent mapping to identify prospective candidates in competitive industries.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:

  • Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to achieve hiring objectives efficiently.

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, headhunting, or executive search.
    • Strong background in sourcing passive candidates and filling niche or senior-level roles.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
    • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
