ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Corporate Sales Manager, you will lead a dynamic sales team focused on acquiring new corporate clients and enhancing relationships with existing customers. Your strategic foresight and strong leadership will drive revenue growth and foster a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Accountabilities include:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals and targets.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to ensure high performance, engagement, and professional growth.
- Identify and target strategic corporate opportunities within the fintech industry through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new products and service offerings.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management, outlining performance against targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support to provide valuable insights and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close significant sales agreements while managing the sales process effectively.

Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of fintech products and market dynamics.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members alike.
