Analyst - Lease Administrative

Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented Lease Administrator , to join our dynamic team. This role will speak to an individual with a proven track record in  commercial contract management. The role is a critical position responsible for ensuring integrity ,accuracy and legal compliance of all lease- related agreements.

You will work closely with legal, finance, leasing and asset management teams, as the custodian of contract preparation, approval and transmittal.

Responsibilities

    • Responsible for timely, accurate drafting, review and entry of deal terms into the system and its alignment across system reports.
    • Maintain and manage the lease database ensuring all dates and terms are correctly captured and monitored.
    • Ensure accuracy , completeness and consistency in all Leases and addenda documents
    • Liaise between legal and leasing and the tenant to ensure commercial and contractual terms are properly interpreted and implemented.
    • Liaise with finance to ensure payments are made, handed over and accurately reflected.
    • Responsible for securing the approval of deal terms within stipulated timeline.
    • Responsible for the transmittal , whilst engaging in continuous follow up for the return of contracts and related supporting documents
    • Coordinate with legal , and the regulatory authorities  to ensure all leasing documentation  and registration requirements  are met and adheres to regulatory standards.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of relative experience in maintaining leases and or document management systems and digital lease systems ( e.g DocuSign,  SharePoint).
  • Proficiency in lease management software e.g MRI, SAP, Yardi or similar)
  • Strong preference for candidates with EJAR experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Deep understanding of the retail lease structure  and commercial lease practices
  • Strong data entry and MS Office skills particularly Excel and Word.
  • Excellent English written and spoken
  • Excellent Arabic written
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of accountability
  • Compliance minded individual who  enjoys  a highly structured,  process- driven environment
  • Professionalism , discretion and integrity in handling sensitive company and client data.
