  • Develop, configure, and customize CRM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Create and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, dashboards, and reports.
  • Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party APIs).
  • Maintain and improve CRM performance, security, and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
  • Document all technical changes and provide user training when necessary.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, C#, or Apex (depending on platform).
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
