Develop, configure, and customize CRM solutions to meet business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, dashboards, and reports.
Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third-party APIs).
Maintain and improve CRM performance, security, and scalability.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support.
Document all technical changes and provide user training when necessary.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience as a CRM Developer or in a similar role.
Proficiency with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM).
Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, C#, or Apex (depending on platform).
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
