Educational Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Experience
● Proven experience in recruitment, selection and/or sourcing roles, with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.
● Familiarity with HR and recruitment software, platforms and tools.
● Previous experience with ATS is a plus.
● Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to conduct CBI interviews and assess candidates accordingly.
● Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
● Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
