- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage meeting room bookings and maintain the reception area’s appearance.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security procedures.

- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
