About the role
As the Marketing Executive for Middle East, you will help to support the creation of ground-breaking marketing plans, campaigns, and activations for Charlotte Tilbury Beauty by spotting customer and market opportunities, translating these into salient insights, and bringing solutions to each market. You will play a key role in supporting Charlotte Tilbury’s growth plans in the Middle East by expanding the brand presence and driving performance.
As a Marketing Executive you will
- Marketing Calendar & NPD Execution: Support the marketing team in implementing the annual marketing calendar. Ensure timely activation of new product launches, key brand moments, promotional campaigns, and retail initiatives in line with strategic priorities.
- Market Insights & Opportunity Identification: Proactively gather and analyse insights across multiple data sources – including performance metrics, market trends, competitor activity, and consumer feedback – to identify marketing, product, and communication opportunities in the Middle East.
- Sampling Strategy & Execution: Lead and manage the sampling process in partnership with retailers and distributors to drive product trial, customer acquisition, and loyalty. Ensure execution aligns with campaign objectives and delivers measurable impact.
- Budget & PO Management: Oversee the timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, ensuring all marketing activity is delivered within the approved budget and aligned with financial controls.
- Team support: Offer creative and administrative support to the marketing team.
- Event Execution Support: Assist with the planning and execution of brand events, activations, and masterclasses as needed, ensuring all elements are delivered to brand standards and timelines. Provide on-the-ground support to ensure seamless delivery.
- Arabic Copy Validation: Review and validate Arabic translations across all campaign and marketing assets to ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with brand tone of voice. Provide clear and timely feedback to internal teams and translation partners to support high-quality localised execution.
- Social Media Community Management: Support with day-to-day community management across local social media channels, ensuring timely, on-brand responses to customer queries and engagement with audience comments. Monitor sentiment, escalate key issues, and contribute to building a positive and engaged online brand community.

About you
- You think data first, and make pro-active marketing decisions based on competitive research, consumer insight & market activity.
- You will need to have exceptional organizational and project planning skills as you will be managing multiple projects, liaising with internal and external partners, whilst ensuring timely and in-budget deliverables.
- We are looking for a fun and friendly, team player. Someone that is efficient, agile, flexible and looking to join an exceptionally fast-paced, hardworking team.
- Creative, innovative and beauty balanced with a “Can do” & “Make it happen” mentality.
- Passionate about beauty and socially in sync with new launches, brands and marketing campaigns.
- You should have strong presentation & IT skills and have an impeccable eye for detail.
- Middle East beauty or retail experience preferable but not essential.
- Excellent English & Arabic written & verbal skills.
- Educated to degree level.
