We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Support Associate at our Dubai Hills branch. The ideal candidate will have proven experience handling customer inquiries and support calls while maintaining a consistently high level of client satisfaction. This role also includes light branch coordination responsibilities, requiring strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication abilities, a polished and professional demeanor, and flexibility to manage various shift timings.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Previous experience in a Customer Service role is a must
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, and presentable with a pleasant demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluency in any additional language(s) other than English and Arabic is a plus
  • Female candidates preferred under the age of 35
  • Valid UAE driving license or residents in Dubai Hills, Al Barsha, Al Barsha South, or Al Quoz are preferred
