Responsibilities:

Set up and manage online store pages on CMS platforms (such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Zid).
Regularly update and maintain product listings and content.
Coordinate domain connection and basic DNS setup when needed.
Create simple and visually appealing designs using tools like Canva or other image editing software.
Prepare professional emails using platforms like Google Workspace or Zoho.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns and product launches are aligned with business goals.
Monitor website performance and suggest optimizations to improve user experience and conversion.
Work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with good time management.
Apply understanding of e-commerce workflows and best practices to enhance store performance.
Utilize basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor web adjustments if required.
Use Excel to manage, clean, and analyze product or performance data.

Bachelor's degree in related field.
1+ years of experience in e-commerce, online retail, or similar digital platforms.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Zid.
Understanding of domain/DNS basics.
Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) and image editing.
Proficiency in email tools such as Google Workspace or Zoho.
Ability to multitask and manage various e-commerce operations.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
