Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive commercial strategies that maximize project profitability and market performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and commercial outcomes.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage contracts to secure advantageous terms and mitigate risks.
- Oversee financial performance metrics, budget management, and cash flow forecasting directly related to commercial operations.
- Lead a team of commercial professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of high performance.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management, detailing progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Engage and build relationships with external stakeholders, partners, and clients to enhance project success.
- Stay updated with industry advancements to maintain competitive advantage and drive innovation in commercial practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in commercial management or business development, preferably within the real estate or entertainment sectors.

- Strong analytical and financial skills with a solid understanding of contract law and negotiations.
