- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Plan and assist with the implementation of Scrum frameworks and Agile principles
- Ensure the team adheres to Scrum theory, practices, and rules
- Help the team to avoid or navigate roadblocks and interferences that may hinder project progress
- Facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution among the team members
- Work with the Product Owner, especially on backlog grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Monitor project progress and performance, and report findings to stakeholders
- Assess the Scrum maturity of the team and organization and coach them to higher levels of maturity
- Ensure a conducive environment for the team, enabling members to work efficiently and effectively
- In depth knowledge of Banking Products and services (Assets, Liabilities, Accounts etc.)
- Facilitate the development team’s work and remove any impediments they encounter
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks
- Manage stakeholders’ communication to maximize value
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
- Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies
- Work with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and guide the team
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process – when needed.
- Promote proactive and positive interaction and communication between business and development teams, including resolving requirements ambiguity or conflict and helping drive projects forward
- Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs.
- Stay current with Business needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, etc.) to communicate updates and findings.
- Liaise among diverse stakeholders to drive requirements gathering and analysis, and user acceptance process for new and existing systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in relevant major.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
EXPERIENCE:
- From >6 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- Worked on Agile software development environment
- Experience in
- Banking Products and Services (Retail/Corporate/Digital/Treasury/Open Banking)
- Core banking applications (T24)
- Accounting Cycle
- Payment System
- Digital Banking Channels (Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/ATMs etc.)
