Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of reshaping the entertainment landscape in Saudi Arabia, and we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Financial Planning and Analysis to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting financial planning efforts and providing comprehensive analyses that drive key business decisions.
The Senior Specialist will be responsible for the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya's long-term strategic goals. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to evaluate performance, trends, and forecasts, enabling informed decision-making across the organization.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed financial models and scenarios based on data analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports and performance dashboards to senior management, summarizing insights and recommendations for strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with different departments to align financial planning with business strategy, ensuring accountability and financial discipline.
- Monitor industry trends and benchmarks, providing insights to management on potential impacts to Qiddiya's financial standing.
- Participate in ongoing improvement projects for financial planning tools and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (CMA, CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related field, preferably in large-scale project environments.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel, with experience in data visualization tools considered an advantage.
- Effective communication skills, allowing for clear presentation of financial insights to various stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, managing multiple projects effectively.
