Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Client - the CEO of an Insurance company. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and appointments.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
- Assist in client servicing and relationship management in the absence of the CEO.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
