Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support our Client - the CEO of an Insurance company. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist in client servicing and relationship management in the absence of the CEO.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Handle Day To Day Operations

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • UAE driver's license preferred.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Age limit: 22 to 26 years old.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, AI and other relevant software.
  • Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Born and raised in the UAE preferred.
