Rawafid is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Oil & Gas Division Manager to lead our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This crucial role requires an individual with extensive knowledge of the oil and gas sector to oversee project management, engineering design, and operational strategies within our division. As the Division Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance and growth by managing client relationships, overseeing technical teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and innovation, while also implementing industry best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, research and design mechanical equipment and systems, advise on mechanical aspects of materials and oversight of production, installation and maintenance activities will be part of your scope. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Engineering Oil & Gas Division, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements.
- Oversee project teams in the execution of oil and gas engineering projects from conception through completion.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and drive growth in the division.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, budget adherence, and performance metrics.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to engineering teams, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
- Stay updated with advancements in the oil and gas sector and implement innovative solutions to improve project outcomes.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Master's degree is preferred.
- Min. 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on engineering and project management.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, leading teams and managing large-scale engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of oil and gas operations and industry regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Outstanding leadership abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Autodesk Plant 3D, Manage/Simulate Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit- Mechanical.
- Saudi Council of Engineer (SCE) Certification.
