  • Analyze the market landscape to accurately identify and segment target customer groups.
  • Develop detailed and data-driven customer personas reflecting real behaviors, needs, and motivations.
  • Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns tailored to individual segments across digital and traditional channels.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and continuously refine strategies to maximize effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, product, customer service, operations) to ensure a consistent and compelling brand experience.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return.
  • Drive the development and implementation of content strategy, including copywriting, visual direction, and storytelling aligned with brand voice.
  • Oversee the management of external agencies and vendors to ensure delivery meets brand and business standards.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing channels and opportunities for growth, including partnerships, influencer marketing, and events.
  • Track market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to keep strategies fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all marketing communications and customer touchpoints.
  • Report marketing performance to senior leadership with insights, trends, and recommendations for future planning.
  • Champion the use of marketing automation and CRM tools to improve campaign efficiency and lead nurturing.
  • Implement customer feedback loops into campaign planning to improve personalization and relevance.

Years of Experience

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Experience in the Following Areas

  • Customer segmentation and persona development
  • Planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital & offline)
  • Performance marketing and ROI-focused campaign management
  • Marketing analytics, data interpretation, and reporting
  • Budget management and strategic marketing planning
  • Using tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and marketing automation systems
  • Industry experience (e.g., tech, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate) is a plus
