Qiddiya Investment Company is searching for a highly skilled Senior Manager - Commercial for the Tennis Center project. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial strategy and operations of the Tennis Center, contributing to its success as a premier sports facility within Qiddiya's expanding portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies for the Tennis Center to ensure profitability and growth.
- Conduct thorough market analyses to identify trends and opportunities in the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate commercial objectives with operational plans and marketing initiatives.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to optimize revenue generation and promotional opportunities.
- Lead the negotiation and management of contracts related to sponsors, vendors, and service providers.
- Monitor budget performance and financial forecasts, providing recommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide commercial team members to enhance their skills in contract management and market development.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on commercial performance and strategic recommendations.
- Stay informed on industry developments and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, or a related field.
