Pipeline Gurus is hiring on behalf of one of the region’s fastest-growing beauty e-commerce brands. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and beauty-savvy Social Media Specialist to manage and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram and TikTok.

✨ Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a monthly content calendar across all social platforms
- Plan creative concepts around product launches, seasonal campaigns, and trends
- Write engaging captions that reflect brand voice and drive engagement
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to bring ideas to life
- Schedule and publish posts, stories, and Reels consistently
- Monitor platform performance, track engagement metrics, and suggest improvements
- Support with influencer collaborations, giveaways, and campaign activations
- Ensure all content aligns with ongoing offers, brand strategy, and product positioning

🧠 Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- Proven ability to manage Instagram and TikTok professionally
- Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer)
- Strong copywriting skills — must be able to write catchy, relevant, and beauty-focused captions
- Solid understanding of beauty trends, audience behavior, and platform algorithms
- Familiar with basic visual editing tools (e.g., Canva)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Experience in the beauty, skincare, fashion, or lifestyle industry
- Bonus: Bilingual (English + Arabic)
