Pipeline Gurus is hiring on behalf of one of the region’s fastest-growing beauty e-commerce platforms. We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Reels Creator who knows how to produce scroll-stopping short-form content for TikTok and Instagram.
💄 Your Role
- Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form videos that drive engagement and conversions
- Stay ahead of TikTok and Instagram trends in the beauty space
- Create UGC-style content that feels natural, relatable, and product-driven
- Collaborate with the internal content and social teams for aligned messaging
🎯 Who You Are
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics
- Hands-on with mobile video editing and native in-app features
- Experienced in filming high-retention Reels and TikToks
- Well-versed in social media trends, hashtags, and algorithmic behavior
✅ Nice to Have
- Prior experience working with beauty or lifestyle brands
- Confidence filming yourself and/or others in tutorial or review formats

🧠 Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of content creation experience (TikTok, Reels, or UGC)
- Strong interest in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics
- Ability to shoot and edit short-form videos using mobile tools (CapCut, InShot, or native apps)
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others on camera
- Up-to-date with platform trends, hooks, and audio formats
- Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling
- Owns a smartphone with high-quality camera and basic lighting setup
