Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of D2/D3 residential apartment projects, ensuring adherence to the design vision and community standards.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses and feasibility studies to inform project designs and enhance the residential offerings.
• Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and engineers to create functional and appealing living spaces that meet the needs of diverse demographics.
• Manage the project lifecycle from concept to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and procurement of contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices throughout the development process.
• Engage with stakeholders, including potential residents and community members, to incorporate feedback and enhance project outcomes.
