We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager - Asset Strategy. In this position, you will be integral to shaping the strategic direction and performance of our diverse asset portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Director of Asset Strategy in formulating and executing strategies aimed at enhancing the value and performance of Qiddiya's asset portfolio.

- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and optimize existing assets.

- Develop and implement asset management plans to align with Qiddiya’s long-term vision and financial objectives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration of asset strategies with operational and marketing initiatives.

- Monitor and evaluate asset performance against KPIs, undertaking necessary adjustments and recommendations to drive profitability.

- Prepare strategic reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting portfolio performance, market trends, and potential growth areas.

- Engage with external partners, investors, and stakeholders to communicate asset strategies and promote Qiddiya’s vision.

- Stay informed of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics to ensure Qiddiya remains competitive and innovative.
