Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for assigned products, aligning with b_labs' overall mission and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and new product opportunities.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, features, and initiatives based on strategic objectives, user value, and business impact.
- Product Development & Execution:
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.
- Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
- Drive agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
- Make data-driven decisions, leveraging analytics and user feedback to inform product iterations and improvements.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication:
- Act as the primary product evangelist, effectively communicating product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, sales, marketing, and customers.
- Manage expectations and negotiate priorities effectively across various teams.
- Mentorship & Leadership:
- Potentially mentor and guide junior product managers or associates, fostering a culture of product excellence.
- Contribute to the overall product management best practices and knowledge sharing within b_labs.
- Market Launch & Growth:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, identifying areas for optimization and growth.
