We are looking to hire a dynamic and knowledgeable Business Teacher who will inspire students to explore the world of business and develop essential skills for their future careers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of business principles and a passion for equipping students with the tools they need to excel.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that cater to students' varying interests and skill levels in the realm of business.
● Assess student performance through assignments, projects, and tests and provide timely, constructive feedback.
● Foster a stimulating classroom environment that promotes critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world application of business concepts.
● Differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learners and provide necessary guidance for student success.
● Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider community to enhance the educational experience and facilitate student growth.
متطلبات الوظيفة
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Education or related field.
● Relevant teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
● At least 3 years of experience teaching business-related subjects.
● Strong knowledge of business principles and curriculum.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to child protection and safeguarding protocols.
● Additional qualifications or professional development in education are considered beneficial.
