  • At least 10-15 years of experience in a commercial leadership role, preferably in the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing commercial strategies that deliver revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with market analysis tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly desired.
