As a leader in the entertainment and cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia, we seek an experienced and strategic professional to oversee our benefits offerings and ensure they align with the needs of our diverse workforce.

Responsibilities

  • Benefits Review and Benchmarking: 1- Conduct regular assessments of current benefits against industry standards. 2- Prepare reports comparing benefits packages with competitors to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implementation and Project Process: 1- Oversee the rollout of new benefits initiatives. 2- Develop project timelines for the Benefits initiative and ensure milestones are met. 3- Lead efforts in medical insurance management. 4- Benefits Digitalization 5- Compliance and Regulations.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in employee benefits management or related HR functions.
  • In-depth knowledge of benefits administration, regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to enhancing the employee experience.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Familiarity with HR management systems and benefits software tools.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and regulations.
