Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a talented and innovative Assistant Manager - Design to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to the conceptualization and execution of design projects that embody the spirit of creativity and innovation at Qiddiya.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Design Manager in leading design initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that all design outputs meet quality standards and project objectives. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects in the entertainment and leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Design Manager in developing and executing design strategies for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive design solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of creative concepts.
- Review and refine design proposals, ensuring quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Assist in preparing presentations and materials for stakeholder meetings.
- Conduct research on design trends and materials to inform project development.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure design files are organized and up-to-date.
- Support the team in resolving design-related challenges during project execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in design roles, preferably in the entertainment or real estate sectors.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, processes, and techniques.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for creativity and a desire to push design boundaries.
