As the Director - Commercial, you will be responsible for leading all commercial operations, including sales, marketing, and business development. You will define and implement innovative strategies that will solidify Qiddiya's presence in the market and ensure the achievement of financial targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Implement best practices in customer engagement and stakeholder management.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align commercial initiatives with the company's mission and objectives.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a commercial management role, ideally within the entertainment, leisure, or real estate sectors.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and managing complex projects.

  • Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
