We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Manager - Wellbeing to lead our initiatives aimed at enhancing the health and wellness of our employees, stakeholders, and the community. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing programs that align with our corporate values and support our strategic goals.

Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to create a supportive environment that encourages physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of wellbeing programs and providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Creation and Innovation: Develop and launch innovative wellness programs tailored to employee needs, focusing on mental health and employee assistance.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain partnerships with wellness program vendors to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Maintain and develop Health and wellness Calendar and communication plan 1- Data Management and Reporting. 2- Collaboration and Partnership. 3- Continuous Improvement 4- Maintain Engagement Levels

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in wellbeing program management, employee engagement, or a related area.
  • Strong knowledge of health promotion principles and practices.
  • Experience with wellness program design, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, and wellness programs.
  • Passion for promoting health and wellbeing, with an understanding of the challenges facing organizations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
