As an ARIS Engineer (Resident) at 700Apps, you will be pivotal in driving business process management initiatives within our organization. This role focuses on the design, development, and implementation of ARIS models, enabling us to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process modeling and analytics, with exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 and L2 support for ARIS
- Perform enhancements and bug resolution
- Support client operations and day-to-day activities
- Cover areas including ARIS Reports, Dashboards, APG, and Integration
- Design and model business processes using ARIS tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.
- Develop process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and guidelines.
- Support user training and adoption of ARIS methodologies and tools.
- Monitor and measure process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide ongoing support for ARIS-related tools and methodologies.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business process management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business process management and modeling, preferably using ARIS.
- Strong understanding of business process frameworks and methodologies.
- Experience with process mapping, analysis, and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in ARIS modeling tools and software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and navigate cross-functional relationships.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
