In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive occupancy, maximize revenue, and expand market presence. You will work closely with the hotel's management team to identify target markets, build relationships with clients, and create tailored sales proposals. Your strong leadership skills will be key in managing the sales team, training staff, and enhancing their performance to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed hotel revenue goals.
  • Manage the sales team; provide coaching, training, and support to enhance performance.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate accounts.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports to track progress against targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance hotel service offerings and promotional strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the hotel and generate leads.
