b_labs is the innovation arm of B.TECH, a cornerstone of the Egyptian retail industry. We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to be part of the foundation team at our Fintech squad who will play a pivotal role in building Egypt’s leading consumer finance product.
In the capacity of a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the creation and implementation of sophisticated dashboards and visualizations.
- Performing in-depth analyses to uncover business opportunities and assess potential risks.
- Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and data strategies.
- Designing and maintaining comprehensive data models and ETL processes.
- Providing mentorship to junior analysts and encouraging the adoption of best practices in analytics.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data modelling and ETL development.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- Other BI tools (Metabase)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with metadata management tools.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced analytical and statistical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
