mylo, the consumer finance arm of B.TECH, is revolutionizing the financial landscape, seeks a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Data Scientist. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decisions and shaping our future. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock the power of data, build predictive models, and deliver actionable insights.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Leading the development and execution of advanced dashboards and visualizations.
- Conducting thorough analyses to identify business opportunities and evaluate potential risks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and formulate data strategies.
- Designing and overseeing comprehensive data models and ETL processes.
- Providing guidance to junior analysts and promoting the adoption of analytics best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Economics).
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics or BI.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with data modelling and ETL development.
- Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
- Other BI tools (Metabase)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Experience with metadata management tools.
- Strong business acumen and stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced analytical and statistical thinking.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
