InnovationTeam is seeking an experienced Onsite Techno-Functional Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This pivotal role requires a balance of technical and functional skills to support our clients in effectively utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet their business needs.
As an Onsite Techno-Functional Specialist, you will:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and requirements.
- Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that align with client goals.
- Develop technical specifications and ensure successful deployment of customizations and integrations.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and rollout of solutions.
- Identify areas of improvement within the existing system and recommend enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a Techno-Functional Specialist.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modular functionality across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance.
- Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and training.
- Proficiency in customization, configuration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively within client environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work onsite with clients, typically in KSA.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
