Technical Project Manager

ABANA Enterprises Group Co. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of software implementation and integration projects for our external customers. You’ll be the central point of coordination across customers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors — ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

 

   Duties/Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of software projects for external clients
  • Own the project lifecycle: scoping, planning, execution, risk management, delivery, and post-delivery support
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and engaged throughout
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Professional Services team to ensure product-specific expertise is utilized
  • Coordinate and manage deliverables from vendors or external tech partners
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues early
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation (timelines, status reports, etc.)
  • Facilitate regular internal and external project meetings
  • Escalate issues as needed, keeping internal stakeholders updated
  • Ensure a smooth handoff to Support or Customer Success post-deployment.

Education and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

 

Experience

5+ years of experience in technical project management or customer-facing delivery roles.

 

Technical Skills:

  • ABANA Product Knowledge.
  • Strong grasp of software delivery, APIs, integrations, and cloud platforms.
  • Experience with project tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Solid understanding of project governance, risk, and scope control.

Soft Skills 

  • Leadership and team management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration.
  • Project management (large-scale, on-time, within budget).
