Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic and accomplished Senior Manager - Projects to oversee and drive the execution of our ambitious project portfolio. This role plays a fundamental part in shaping the future of our entertainment destination by managing complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring thorough planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, providing effective resource allocation and setting project milestones.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met.
- Implement best practices in project management methodology to drive consistency and ensure quality across all projects.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle, implementing proactive strategies for mitigation.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Ensure that all projects comply with relevant laws, standards, and regulations.
- Foster relationships with vendors, contractors, and other key partners to support project needs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to align project goals with overall business strategies and operational excellence.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in large-scale development projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex, multi-faceted projects in fast-paced environments.
- Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills to solve problems effectively.
- Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in project management is advantageous.
