The Warehouse and Logistics Manager at Nawy Real Estate is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the warehouse operations and logistics functions. This role involves ensuring the efficient storage, distribution, and overall supply chain management of materials and goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory control, staff management, and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement warehouse and logistics strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure timely delivery to internal and external customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock checks to maintain accuracy and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff on best practices and efficient operation standards.
- Analyze logistics and warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement and track operational performance.
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to align logistics operations with overall business goals.
- Maintain relationships with transportation providers and negotiate rates and contracts as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a warehouse manager or in a similar logistics role; 5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
