The IT Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, systems, and communication technologies. This includes system installation, user support, server and network administration, security monitoring, and ICT solution implementation across multiple office and plant locations.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure components, including Windows Servers, virtual machines, SAN, blade servers, and Cisco networks.
- Proficiency in system and software configuration and installation.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 suite and cloud-based productivity tools.
- Understanding of hardware and software management for various systems.
- Network monitoring and security skills.
- Knowledge of CCTV installation and maintenance.
- Experience with IT network architecture and operational support.

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- CCNA certification is preferred.
- Network maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- VPN management.
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other networking equipment.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP addressing.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols and measures.
- Respond to and mitigate security breaches. system configuration and customization.
- Office 365 Administration
