Role Summary:
Leads the strategic planning and implementation of wayfinding systems across all transport environments. Ensures intuitive, accessible, and inclusive navigation experiences that support all customer segments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop a unified wayfinding strategy for multimodal stations, vehicles, and public spaces.
· Oversee the design and deployment of physical and digital signage systems.
· Incorporate accessibility, language, and cognitive inclusivity principles.
· Collaborate with infrastructure, branding, and digital teams to maintain consistency.
· Evaluate and optimize signage effectiveness through customer feedback and behavioural studies.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree. Master preferred in Urban Design, Environmental Graphic Design, Architecture, or related.
· 10+ years of experience in wayfinding and signage systems, ideally in large transit projects within the GCC.
· Strong understanding of customer psychology and universal design.
