Tagaddod is thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a Quality & Sustainability Intern to join our vibrant team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in both quality assurance and sustainability practices within the context of innovative waste management solutions. You will be actively involved in enhancing our operational processes and contributing to our sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and assessing quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal standards and sustainability goals.
- Support the implementation of quality and sustainability improvement projects across various departments.
- Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics and sustainability performance.
- Help prepare documentation and reports for internal and external audits related to quality assurance and sustainability.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss quality and sustainability improvements, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
- Conduct research on industry best practices in quality management and sustainability.
- Assist in preparing materials for training sessions or workshops on quality and sustainability topics.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes aimed at enhancing both quality and sustainability in our operations.

- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program in Environmental Science, Quality Management, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Strong interest in quality assurance and sustainability best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being capable of working independently.
- Organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Prior experience in sustainability or quality-related projects, internships, or coursework is a plus.
