Job Title: Exhibition Space Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Exhibition Space Sales Executive to join our exhibitions team. The role involves selling exhibition stands and sponsorship opportunities for trade shows and events, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a passion for the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell exhibition space and sponsorship packages to new and existing clients
  • Identify and engage prospective exhibitors through cold calling, emails, and networking
  • Understand client business needs and propose tailored exhibition solutions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across relevant industries
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales pitches and proposals
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems including contacts, activities, and deals
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in exhibitions, events, or media sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and confident with a proactive sales approach
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
