700Apps is excited to invite applications for the position of ARIS Resident Engineer. This pivotal role entails providing dedicated ARIS expertise directly on client sites, ensuring the successful implementation and management of ARIS-based solutions. The ARIS Resident Engineer will function as a liaison between the client and our internal team, facilitating seamless communication and effective problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ARIS-related inquiries and support for assigned clients.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and customization of ARIS software to meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for ARIS users, addressing technical issues and promoting best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, analyze, and optimize business process models in ARIS.
- Conduct training sessions for client staff on ARIS tools, methodologies, and features.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Document all processes, procedures, and technical configurations to maintain comprehensive records.
- Stay informed about ARIS updates and industry trends to deliver informed recommendations to clients.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ARIS software and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and process improvement techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in providing technical support and conducting user training.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Familiarity with integration of ARIS into other enterprise systems is a plus.
- Willingness to be on-site with clients as required.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
