JOB SUMMARY

Butler – In Park services , will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while serving food and beverages in a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic environment. This role involves taking guest orders and ensuring a clean and welcoming area. The Butler Staff will work closely with the kitchen and F&B teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

JOB-SPECIFIC

▪ Take food and beverage orders from guests in a polite and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and timely

service.

▪ Ensure guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay, such as towels, sunscreen, and refreshments.

▪ Provide recommendations to guests on food and drink menu options, upselling where appropriate to enhance the

guest experience.

▪ Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the Cabana areas.

▪ Process guest payments accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash and credit transactions

responsibly.

▪ Work with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders, checking on guests to ensure satisfaction

throughout their visit.

▪ Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance with local health codes and internal policies.

▪ Assist in the preparation of the bar or service area for daily operations, including restocking and organizing as

needed.

▪ Provide excellent guest service by addressing questions, concerns, or special requests in a friendly and

professional manner.

▪ Assist in special events or themed F&B activities as required, ensuring high-quality service and a seamless guest

experience.

▪ Work as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues in all aspects of F&B operations to deliver a

memorable guest experience.

Education

  • High school diploma is required, an equivalent diploma in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

Experience

  • 1-2 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, guest experience, or a related role.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service, including safe food handling practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash-handling procedures.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Arabic & English.
