JOB SUMMARY
The Busser / Stocker - Food & Beverage will ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked to provide guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. This role involves clearing tables, refilling food and beverage stations, and supporting servers during busy periods. Additionally, the Busser / Stocker will deliver food and beverage products to guests, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and timely product delivery are essential to this role, contributing to an efficient and welcoming environment for all guests.

JOB-SPECIFIC
▪ Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring that dining areas remain tidy and welcoming for guests.
▪ Restock food and beverage stations with condiments, utensils, and supplies to ensure smooth and continuous
service.
▪ Assist servers by delivering food and drinks to guests as needed, especially during peak service times.
▪ Ensure that trash bins and waste areas are regularly emptied and clean, adhering to park and health regulations.
▪ Wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and service areas to maintain hygiene and comply with safety standards.
▪ Monitor the dining areas to promptly address spills, messes, or cleanliness issues, ensuring a pleasant dining
experience for all guests.
▪ Support the back-of-house team by organizing and stocking kitchen supplies as needed, ensuring easy access for
chefs and kitchen staff.
▪ Refill beverage dispensers, ice machines, and other service stations to ensure guests have access to drinks
throughout their visit.
▪ Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or large group bookings, ensuring proper
seating and arrangement of tables.
▪ Communicate with servers and management to ensure that guest needs are met and any issues are quickly
addressed.
▪ Help with the opening and closing duties, including organizing, stocking, and cleaning F&B areas to ensure they
are ready for the next shift.
