- Understanding of Business Operations | Basic understanding of Finance (COR, SG&A, EBITA, Retained Earnings, Dividends & Reserves) | How does a business make money (unit of economy)
- Understanding of IT service delivery models | Aware of basic methodologies of Project Management life cycle in software solutions development (like agile, scrum, waterfall, kanban) etc..
- Expert in handling data (systematic data and real life unclean data) with ability to extract valuable insights from it
- Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, word) with ability to present and visualize the data in an impactful manner
- Someone who is able to collaborate with multiple stake holders
- Able to manage day to day work by ensuring critical timelines are met.
- Proficient in English communication
- 6+ years of experience in an MNC or Medium Enterprise
