Marketing Assistant / Lead Auditor – Job Description
Position Summary:
The Marketing Assistant / Lead Auditor will be responsible for conducting lead audits, managing calling sheets, maintaining databases, and overseeing HubSpot CRM updates. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Audits & Data Management:
- Conduct lead audits to assess the quality and effectiveness of lead generation efforts.
- Analyze sales pipelines, track lead performance, and ensure data integrity in HubSpot.
- Identify gaps in lead follow-ups and provide actionable recommendations to improve conversion rates.
Calling Sheets & CRM (HubSpot) Management:
- Maintain and update calling sheets to track client interactions.
- Ensure sales and marketing teams have access to accurate and up-to-date lead information.
- Manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring correct data entry, segmentation, and reporting.
- Assist in database management, including cleaning, categorizing, and optimizing records for efficiency.
Marketing & Administrative Support:
- Assist in marketing campaigns by organizing and analyzing data to measure campaign success.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve client engagement strategies.
- Generate reports using Excel & Google Sheets for performance tracking and decision-making.
- Support daily administrative tasks related to marketing, sales, and audit functions.

Qualifications & Skills:
✅ Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation).
✅ Experience with HubSpot CRM and lead management.
✅ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✅ Ability to manage large datasets and conduct lead audits.
✅ Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
